This is gonna be a short entry since im using my cell to write in here. Thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday. Ill get back to all of you later i promise . Today is my last day of school aka the day i really start my diet . If i cant stick to this diet right now, im gonna quit for sure ive had enough of people calling me fat im tired of it. My birthday was yesterday and i ate so much whatever it was my birthday.lol. I find it funny how people say they care about you but in reality they dont give a shit. I was expecting at least a myspace message from "her" saying happy birthday or something but i guess she really doesnt give a shit. Ill talk more about "her" later but for now all i have to say is F the world. Seriously. |

TOMORROW IS MY BIRTHDAY. SO I GUESS I'M OFF MY DIET FOR TOMORROW. MY SERIOUS DIET BEGINS THIS THURSDAY WHEN THERES NO MORE SCHOOL. HERES WHAT I HAVE ATE TODAY:
TWO CUPS OF ORANGE JUICE ONE AND A HALF SERVINGS OF MINI TEDDY GRAHMS. WHOLE FOODS POPCORN ONE DIET LIPTON GREEN TEA
thats all im gonna eat today plus water.
i walked home today from school since my moms battery from her car doesnt work right now.
i would exercise but my neck hurts so badly. i slept crooked so my neck really hurts right now.
i have a feeling that this is gonna be the WORST BIRTHDAY EVER. my feelings never lie i can just sense it right now

i got programmed for my senior year today.
here my intake
milk cherries fat free chocolate pudding plus i hit the gym for about an hour. =]
ok so i didnt do the milk diet. i will when i start my vacation though. its kinda hard to do the diet when you're at school. i weighted myself at the gym today. it said i weight 150 lbs. ehhh its a start. hopefully i can make it to 130 or 120 by september.

i feel like a FUCKING FATASS. heres my intake: 1 hashbrown eggs whites (from the carton) 1 serving of mini teddy ghrams 1 salad with crutons, tomatoes, carrots, onions, 1 smarties water 1 diet lipton green tea
i wanna puke. yuck. tomorrow im going on a strict diet . i messed up today plus tomorrow im hitting the gym =]
